OGLETOWN, DELAWARE (3/2/2016) An arrest warrant has been issued for a Dover man sought on first-degree murder charges in a shooting last week at the Prides Court apartments, New Castle County police said this afternoon.
Reginald Waters, 29, is sought in connection with the death of Clifton Thompson of Newark on Saturday night.
Cpl. Tom Jackson asked anyone with information on Waters to call 911.
