UPDATED STORY: 28-year-old man shot to death in Wilmington
WILMINGTON, DELAWARE (1/13/2016) A man was shot in the chest this evening, according to reports from the scene.
The shooting happened about 6:45 p.m. in the 1200 block of N. Locust St.
Wilmington police arrived to find the wounded man and CPR was in progress by New Castle County paramedics as he was rushed to a hospital.
