GLASGOW, DELAWARE (1/2/2015) Two people were injured in a crash in Glasgow on New Year’s Day, authorities said.
The accident happened about 4:30 p.m. at Denny Road and Chesapeake City Road.
The driver, a 21-year-old woman, was treated for a head injury en route to Christiana Hospital in Stanton, said Sgt. Abigail E. Haas of New Castle County paramedics. The woman was in stable condition.
Another person also was taken to the hospital by ambulance, Haas said.
New Castle County police are investigating the crash.
Volunteer Hose Fire Company of Middletown also responded.
