WILMINGTON, DELAWARE (12/21/2015) A 36-year-old man shot in the head in the first block of E. 23rd St. this afternoon has died, city police said.
The shooting happened about 4:25 p.m.
Police found the man down and he was treated by New Castle County paramedics, then taken by ambulance to Christiana Hospital in Stanton, where he died.
