DOVER, DELAWARE (11/11/2015) The body of a 55-year-old man found in Tudor Business Park has been identified as a 55-year-old Dover man, city police said Tuesday.
Police said the exact cause of death of Clifford Cannon cannot be determined until toxicology results are completed, which may take weeks. But they said no foul play is suspected based on preliminary autopsy reports.
“While we are limited on the information we can release publicly at this time, we are confident that the business park is safe and there is no threat to public safety based on the preliminary findings during the investigation,” Master Cpl. Mark Hoffman said.
Cannon’s body was found about 10 a.m. on Otis Drive between the Actor’s Attic building and an enclosed trailer.
The industrial park is off South Little Creek Road.
Police initially had called the death suspicious.
