SEAFORD, DELAWARE (10/4/2015) Delaware State Police arrested two women on prostitution charges at the Peaceful Wellness Spa in Seaford.
Police said the arrests at the massage parlor at 916 Middleford Road on Friday followed citizen complaints.
Undercover troopers visiting the business were offered sex for cash but declined and left, police said.
Bo Nan Xu, 55, and Huiping Liu, 52, both of Seaford, were both arrested without incident. They were being held at Baylor Women’s Correctional Institution near New Castle in lieu of $150 cash bail each.
