, DELAWARE (9/15/2015) Details on the arrest of a suspect in the murder of Shazim Uppal in Hockessin last month will be announced Wednesday, New Castle County police said today.
Authorities said they will release some details about the case and arrest at an 11:30 a.m. news conference at the Sweeney Public Safety Building on U.S. 13 in Minquadale.
