SMYRNA, DELAWARE (9/10/2015) A crash closed southbound Route 1 near Smyrna for more than an hour this morning.
Traffic was diverted off the highway at the South Smyrna ramp (Exit 114) onto southbound U.S. 13.
DelDOT reported the crash at 10:55 a.m. and said it was cleared just after noon.
One person was reported trapped and Citizens Hose Company of Smyrna firefighters were called to the scene.
