

DOVER, DELAWARE (9/1/2015) Two men were arrested early Monday after drugs were found during a traffic stop along U.S. 13, Dover police said.
Officers stopped a vehicle in a parking lot at 391 N. DuPont Highway about 12:30 a.m., Master Cpl. Mark Hoffman said.
He said they then smelled marijuana coming from the vehicle, finding 1.1 grams of pot on 24-year-old Tyrell Waters and 22.9 grams of ecstasy in the vehicle.
Waters, of the 10000 block of Greentop Road in Lincoln, was charged with Tier 5 Possession of MDMA (ecstasy), possession with intent to deliver ecstasy, conspiracy, possession pf marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and traffic counts including driving with a suspended/revoked license.
Brandon Barnes, 28, of the 300 block of Park Ave. in Lewes, was charged with Tier 5 Possession of MDMA (ecstasy), possession with intent to feliver rcstasy , conspiracy and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Waters was being held at Vaughn Correctional Center near Smyrna in lieu of $26,501 secured bond. Barnes was being held there in default of $13,250 secured bond.
