ELSMERE, DELAWARE (8/19/2015) Leaking hydraulic fluid from a truck has closed South Dupont Road (Route 100) near Elsmere this afternoon, according to reports from the scene.
Five Points Fire Company and a hazmat team from Belvedere Fire Company were cleaning up the fluid that made the road slippery.
DelDOT reported the road closed at 1:39 p.m. between Route 4 (Maryland Avenue) and Valley Road.
