WILMINGTON, DELAWARE (8/13/2015) In what was apparently the second shooting of the day in Wilmington, a young man was wounded in the 200 block of N. Madison St., according to reports from the scene.
The victim was shot in the lower part of his body by an unknown assailant just after 7 p.m.
Wilmington police are on the scene investigating.
