Wawa in Brandywine Hundred robbed at gunpoint

BRANDYWINE HUNDRED, DELAWARE (7/26/2015) A gunman robbed a Wawa convenience store at 400 Wilson Road early Saturday, Delaware State Police reported today.

A 21-year-old clerk turned over cash from the register and safe as the robber held a handgun. She was not injured.

The gunman fled west on foot.

He was described as black, 20-25 years old , 6-feet to 6-feet-1 and 160-180 pounds. He was wearing a blue jacket, black jeans and grey sneakers.
