MILFORD, DELAWARE (6/29/2015) A 24-year-old Milford woman has been charged in an attack on another woman at the Silver Lake Apartment Complex, city police reported over the weekend.
Jakea N. Chandler was charged with harassment, offensive touching and criminal trespass, Detective Dwight Young said.
Investigators found Chandler attempted to provoke a 29-year-old woman to fight, Young said, punching her and knocking her to the ground on June 12.
Chandler then continued to hit the victim until she was able to get back on her feet and get away, Young said.
Chandler then left the complex.
Young said Chandler had already been banned from the apartment complex due to a previous incident.
She was arrested June 18 and released on $750 unsecured bond.
