MILFORD, DELAWARE (6/19/2015) A 30-year-old Dover man sought by police in his hometown was arrested by Milford police, authorities reported Thursday.
Ricky S. Sanabria was arrested after Milford police, assisted by a Milton officer who was traveling through the area, stopped a vehicle he was driving in the 500 block of S. DuPont Blvd. (U.S. 113) on Saturday.
Sanabria had a handgun in his possession, Milford Detective Dwight Young said, and was charged with possession of a firearm by a person prohibited, carrying a concealed deadly weapon, possession of a firearm with obliterated serial number and a traffic offense.
He also was charged by Dover police in connection with a domestic incident, Young said, and was wanted on a warrant from Sussex County courts.
Sanabria was committed to Sussex Correctional Institution near Georgetown in lieu of $57,000 cash bond.
