WILMINGTON, DELAWARE (6/5/2015) Two suspects have been arrested in a shooting Sunday at the former Lancaster Court Apartments complex near Wilmington, New Castle County police said today.
The brothers, 19-year-old Nathaniel Gonzalez and 18-year-old Isaiah Gonzalez, who live in the area of the shooting in the 1900 block of Lancaster Ave., were arrested Tuesday.
The apartment complex, long known as Lancaster Court, was recently re-branded as Greenview at Chestnut Run by new owners.
The three victims of the shooting, which happened during an argument, had walked into the Christiana Hospital emergency room, Officer First Class Tom Jackson said.
Two of them were initially listed in critical condition, but Jackson said today that all are expected to recover.
The brothers were charged with assault, possession of a firearm during commission of a felony and conspiracy.
Both were being held at Young Correctional Institution in lieu of $212,000 cash bail.
Jackson said detectives are still looking for two others that are wanted for questioning in the shooting.
