HOLLY OAK, DELAWARE (6/3/2015) A man was tied up as three intruders ransacked his apartment in Holly Oak, New Castle County police reported Tuesday.
The home invasion happened about 6:15 a.m. Monday in the first block of Golden Acres Drive, in the Riverview Place apartments.
The victim told police he awoke to find the three intruders standing over him, Officer First Class Tom Jackson said.
One of them, holding a handgun, ordered him to the floor.
He was then tied up by one of the intruders while the others removed items.
One of the intruders was descibed as a black male, 6 feet tall and 170 pounds, wearing blue jeans and a black hooded sweatshirt. No other descriptions were available.
