WILMINGTON, DELAWARE (5/13/2015) A crash jammed northbound I-495 south of Wilmington for about an hour this morning.
DelDOT reported the left lane closed just north of the I-495/I-95 southern split at 6:14 a.m.
A traffic cam showed a large backup with the lane remaining closed at 6:55 a.m.
DelDOT reported the lane reopened at 7:15 a.m.
