NEW CASTLE, DELAWARE (4/28/2015) The name of the homicide victim found on Route 9 south of New Castle was released by Delaware State Police this afternoon.
The body of Lisa A. McCrossan, 36, of New Castle, was found about 5:30 a.m. Sunday on the side of Route 9 (River Road) south of Hamburg Road.
Other than saying her deaths was a homicide, police have not released any details in the case, saying the manner of death has yet to be determined and the investigation is continuing.
