NEWARK, DELAWARE (4/26/2015) The 40th Ag Day was held Saturday at the University of Delaware.
The event was hosted by a team of 17 students from the UD College of Agriculture & Natural Resources.
It featured farm animals, live bee demonstrations, sheep-shearing, tractor rides, free-flight bird shows, farm tours, an insect zoo, interactive exhibits and demonstrations, live music and plant sales.
Ag Day visitors were asked to bring a non-perishable food item to donate to the Food Bank of Delaware.
