NEW CASTLE, DELAWARE (4/14/2015) A crash with injuries that jammed southbound Route 141 near New Castle for more than an hour has been cleared.
The accident happened about 4:10 p.m. near Airport Road, just south of Interstate 95.
Only one lane was getting by the scene on the shoulder with a major backup beginning near Kirkwood Highway.
All lanes were reopened by 5:20 p.m. and traffic was beginning to unclog.
