WILMINGTON, DELAWARE (4/10/2015) A suspect has been arrested in a shooting a week ago, city police reported today.
Thomas Rivers, 27, of Wilmington, was charged with attempted murder and related weapons counts.
Police said he was arrested just before midnight Wednesday when officers stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation at Second and North Madison streets.
The shooting happened April 3 at 7th and West streets.
Rivers was being held at Young Correctional Institution in lieu of $625,000 cash bail.
