UPDATED STORY: Two men extradited from Pennsylvania, charged with first-degree murder
WILMINGTON, DELAWARE (04/06/2015) City police this afternoon identified the man shot to death off North Monroe Street on Saturday.
The victim, 19-year-old Raekwon Mangrum from Wilmington, was shot multiple times in an alleyway about 6:15 p.m.
He was pronounced dead at Christiana Hospital.
