NEW CASTLE, DELAWARE (4/2/2015) With bridge deck repairs completed, the southbound lanes of Route 141 over U.S. 13 were reopened this afternoon.
Emergency repairs on the deck began March 25 when severe potholes were observed on the bridge, the Delaware Department of Transportation reported.
