UPDATED STORY: Police arrest 5 in Rogers Manor Park shootings

NEW CASTLE, DELAWARE (3/22/2015) Two men where found shot in a vehicle early today in Rogers Manor Park near New Castle, police reported, and one is in critical condition.

Three men were in the vehicle when the shootings happened about 1 a.m. at the park in the 400 block of Moores Lane, said Officer First Class Tracey Duffy of New Castle County police.

A 19-year-old passenger in the front seat was wounded in the upper torso and was in critical condition at Christiana Hospital, she said.

The 23-year-old driver also was wounded in the upper torso and was in stable condition after being taken to the hospital.

The identity of the shooter was not known, Duffy said.
