WILMINGTON, DELAWARE (3/14/2015) Despite steady rain this morning, Wilmington’s annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade went on as scheduled.
Turnout was light.
Dover’s parade was canceled due to the weather.
Smyrna’s parade is still set for Sunday at 1 p.m.
