MARYDEL, DELAWARE (2/26/2015) A burglar escaped with the register with cash inside from Rosicell Restaurant, state police reported today.
The theft happened between 6 p.m. Feb. 16 and 10:30 a.m. Feb. 17 at 825 Halltown Road.
