PENNY HILL, DELAWARE (1/28/2015) A 43-year-old Penny Hill woman has been missing since Monday and there is concern for her welfare, state police said tonight.
Shirley Mathibeli was last seen when she left her home in the 500 block of Philadelphia Pike about 3:30 p.m.
Attempts to locate her have been unsuccessful, Master Cpl. Jeffrey Hale said.
Police issued a Gold Alert for Mathibeli, describing her as 5-feet-4 and about 130 pounds. She has black hair, brown eyes and was last seen wearing a dark beige dress, and beige high heeled shoes.
