BEAR, DELAWARE (1/13/2015) Two men shot to death at a Bear apartment complex Monday night were identified this morning by New Castle County police.
Both victims were found in the Vinings at Christiana complex off Old Baltimore Pike.
- Brian Eller, 32, of the first block of George Read Road in the Wilmington Manor area near New Castle, was found in the 700 block of Vinings Way.
- Lahmeer Carter, 20, of the first block of Liborio Lane near New Castle, was found in the 900 block of Vinings Way.
