DELAWARE (12/24/2014) Heavy rain today may produce some flooding in areas of poor drainage and thunderstorms with strong gusty winds are possible, National Weather Service forecasters say.
Minor coastal flooding also is expected this morning in Kent and Sussex counties near high tide times.
Up to an inch of rain is predicted, with a high temperature around 60 degrees.
The rain is expected to end by Christmas morning, with clearing skies and a breezy day. A high around 55 degrees is predicted.
