SMYRNA, DELAWARE (12/23/2014)  A suspect in a burglary at the Holly Hill Estates development near Smyrna was arrested after someone saw surveillance images published Monday and called police.

As the tip came in, troopers were being dispatched to the same area for a report of another burglary in progress.

Joshua M. Masten, 29, was arrested at his home nearby without incident and identified as the suspect in both burglaries, police said.

Police said their investigation found Masten had broken into the same home four times since Oct. 3, taking items including a laptop computer, guitar and money.

He was charged with four counts of burglary, one count of attempted burglary and related counts and released on $26,500 unsecured bond.

Although police had previously said two people were involved in the thefts, they said today no other suspects are being sought.
