WILMINGTON, DELAWARE (12/21/2014) Installation of an overhead sign structure for the I-95/U.S. 202 interchange near Wilmington will require I-95 lane closures overnight this week, DelDOT announced.
Beginning 8 p.m. Tuesday until 3 a.m. Wednesday, northbound and southbound lanes will be closed from the bridge over the Brandywine to 1,000 feet north of the bridge.
The far left lanes in both directions will remain open, DelDOT says, but there will be “rolling road blocks” from 10 p.m. until 3 a.m. that will delay motorists as the sign structure is installed at the north end of the bridge.
State police will assist with traffic control.
DelDOT says weather could affect the schedule.
