HARRINGTON, DELAWARE (6/15/2015) A man charged with burglary in Maryland was arrested in Harrington, police said today.
Matthew A. Besecker, 27, was arrested Friday where he was staying at the Diamond Court Apartments, Lt. Earl Brode said.
Besecker is wanted by the Caroline County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear for trial.
Harrington police charged him with being a fugitive from another state. He was being held at Sussex Correctional Institution in lieu of $5,000 cash bond pending extradition.
