PORT PENN, DELAWARE (6/3/2015) A 43-year-old Newark man found shot outside the Port Penn VFW died Tuesday at Christiana Hospital, state police said today.
The victim, identified as Matthew W. Kennedy, was found about 12:35 a.m. Sunday lying in the parking lot at 15 W. Market St.
His body was turned over to the Delaware Division of Forensic Science for an autopsy.
Police are still investigating and no suspects have been identified.
