PRICES CORNER, DELAWARE (4/13/2015) Two Wilmington men were arrested Sunday in a burglary at an auto repair shop in Prices Corner, New Castle County police said today.
The burglary happened about 5:40 p.m. at Harold’s Brake Service in the 2200 block of Newport Gap Pike.
A witness reported two men scaled the fence and were rummaging through vehicles in the tow yard, Officer First Class Tracey Duffy said.
Based on the witness descriptions, police located John Finch, 48, of the 100 block of S. Maryland Ave., Wilmington, and Francois Delasser, 49, of the 800 block of West St., in the parking lot of the Prices Corner Shopping Center.
Duffy said both had items taken from the vehicles in their possession.
They were charged with criminal trespass, conspiracy, theft under $1,500 and five counts of burglary. Each was being held at Young Correctional Institutiion in lieu of $19,000 secured bail.
