NEW CASTLE COUNTY, DELAWARE (1/12/2015) Some school districts have announced delayed openings this morning due to inclement weather.
The Appoquinimink, Brandywine, Christina, Colonial, New Castle County Vo-Tech, Red Clay districts plan 2-hour delays.
Many private and charter schools also are opening late.
