WILMINGTON, DELAWARE (12/13/2015) An SUV landed atop a rock cliff above Interstate 95 after going off Eighth Street on Saturday night, according to reports from the scene.
The incident happened about 9:30 p.m.
The driver fled on foot after the SUV ended up about 30 feet above the highway.
Police were investigating the crash and working to remove the vehicle.
