GLASGOW, DELAWARE (11/25/2014) New Castle County police have released a surveillance photo of a woman sought in connection with credit card fraud.
The credit card fraud was reported by a woman who lives in the Country Creek community.
Police said the Visa card was used to make a purchase at Home Depot in Glasgow at 12:23 p.m. on Oct. 23.
The victim was still in possession of her card and it was unknown how her account information was obtained, police said. The victim had been alerted to the fraud by her credit card company.
