DOVER, DELAWARE (11/2/2015) A robber with a handgun escaped with cash from a motel near Dover, the Delaware State Police reported Monday.
The robbery happened about 7:19 p.m. Sunday at the Microtel Inn and Suites, 1703 E. Lebanon Road.
The robber fled on foot, heading west across the parking lot.
No one was injured.
The robber was described as a white male, 5-feet-8 and about 130 pounds. He was wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt, dark pants and had his face covered.
