DOVER, DELAWARE (9/29/2015) A 32-year-old man was shot in the leg early today and the gunfire also struck a home and v ehicle, Dover police said.
The shooting was reported shortly before 1 a.m. on Fulton Street east of North New Street, near Wesley College.
An unknown person fired multiple shots at the victim, striking him once, Master Cpl. Mark Hoffman said.
Two rounds struck the victim’s rented vehicle and two other rounds struck a home in the 100 block of N. New St., Hoffman said.
The man was treated for his wound and released.
Hoffman asked anyone with information on the shooting to call police at 302- 736-7111.
