2 wounded in Wilmington shootings

WILMINGTON, DELAWARE (12/24/2018) Two shooting victims were taken to a hospital Sunday night, Wilmington police reported this morning.

The first victim, a 17-year-old boy, was found about 8:30 p.m. in the 2300 block of West St. Police said he was in stable condition.

The second victim, a 44-year-old man, was found about a half hour later in the 800 block of E. 13th St. He also was in stable condition.

Police asked anyone with information on the first shooting to call Detective Joe Wicks at 302-576-3654.

Anyone with information on the second shooting is asked to call Detective Matt Reiss at 302-576-3649.
