DOVER, DELAWARE (7/1/2018) A crash with an overturned vehicle jammed southbound Route 1 in Dover this afternoon, according to reports from the scene.
The crash happened about 3:30 p.m. at the on-ramp from Route 10 and adjacent to Dover Air Force Base.
Delaware State Police and fire department crews were on the scene.
There was no immediate word on injuries.
Delaware Department of Transportation reported the right lane closed, but traffic was moving smoothly again by 4:30 p.m.
