MIDDLETOWN, DELAWARE (7/21/2016) A tractor-trailer crash on Route 1 just south of the Route 299 overpass is jamming southbound traffic near Middletown.
DelDOT reported the problem at 5:55 p.m.
The left lane remained closed at 6:45 p.m., with the trailer still in the median.
