WILMINGTON, DELAWARE (6/28/2016) A 23-year-old man was in critical condition after a shooting early today, according to reports from the scene.
The victim was found about 1:30 a.m. at the Eighth and Van Buren streets intersection, but investigators were unsure of the exact shooting location as there was a blood trail several blocks long.
The man, with wounds to the back and hand, was taken by ambulance to Christiana Hospital in Stanton.
Wilmington police are investigating.
