TYBOUTS CORNER, DELAWARE (6/20/2016) A crash is jamming northbound Route 1 near Tybouts Corner this morning.
DelDOT reported at 8:16 a.m. that the crash was near U.S. 13 and the left northbound lane was closed.
The backup began before the Route 72 overpass.
Folks leaving the Firefly Music Festival in Dover are adding to traffic problems today.
