GREENWOOD, DELAWARE (6/19/2016) Delaware State Police today released the names of two young men killed in a single-vehicle crash on Route 36 near Greenwood.
The crash happened early Saturday near the northern intersection of Memory Road.
The driver killed was identified as Wayne W. Foster, 21, of Milford.
James A. Powell Jr., 19, of Lincoln, who was a passenger in the left rear seat of the Dodge Neon, also was pronounced dead at the scene.
Another man was injured but police have not released his name.
