NEW CASTLE, DELAWARE (6/14/2016) An hours-long traffic jam on northbound Interstate 95 near New Castle this morning has been cleared and all lanes are open, according to reports from the scene.
Traffic cams showed the backup at 8 and 9 a.m. beginning before the Route 273 interchange.
Northbound Route 1 traffic also backed up approaching I-95.
DelDOT reported a disabled tractor-trailer in the right lane of I-95 at Route 141 at 7:14 a.m. and all lanes reopened at 9:19 a.m.
