NEW CASTLE, DELAWARE (1/16/2016) Pockets Discount Liquors on U.S. 13 near New Castle was robbed at gunpoint early Friday, the Delaware State Police reported.
The robbery at 337 S. DuPont Highway happened just before 1 a.m.
Employees turned over cash from the register and the man with a gun fled. No one was hurt.
The robber was described as black, 18-30 years old, 5-feet-10 and 170-180 pounds. He was wearing a brown zip-up hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, grey sneakers and a black mask.
