LINCOLN, DELAWARE (12/27/2015) A 24-year-old man was shot when four others entered his home east of Lincoln late Saturday night, Delaware State Police said.
The incident happened about 11 p.m. in the 21000 block of W. Mayhew Drive in Cedar Creek Estates.
The victim, shot in a lower extremity, was taken by ambulance to Milford Memorial Hospital, treated and released, police said.
The four males who entered the home removed property from the home and fled, police said.
Police said they don’t think this was a random act but did not release other details.
