WILMINGTON, DELAWARE (12/6/2015) A man with a knife escaped with cash from Pat’s Pizza Restaurant near Wilmngton on Saturday morning, Delaware State Police reported today.

The robbery happened about 10:46 a.m. at 3604 Lancaster Pike.

The robbery confronted a female clerk, removing cash from the register before running west from the store.

The clerk was not hurt.

The robber was described as white, 45-50 years old and about 5-feet-10. He was wearing blue jeans and a blue hooded sweatshirt.

It was one of several robberies in New Castle County over the weekend, but police said they don’t know if any of them are related.
