WILMINGTON, DELAWARE (12/3/2015) A bank robbery suspect was arrested after scuffling with an off-duty police officer and fleeing in a car that crashed, according to reports from the scene.
The robbery happened shortly after noon at the PNC Bank branch in the 1000 block of N. Union St.
After the scuffle with the officer, he reportedly fled in a car that crashed in the 900 block of N. Lincoln St. but was captured after a foot chase.
